Jay Leno Badly Burned By His Steam Car, Spends 11 Days in Hospital, Back on the Road Immediately!

The legend Jay Leno was replacing the fuel line on his 1907 White Steam Car when something went sideways and it erupted into flames. Leno suffered some serious burns that required treatment at the Grossman Burn Ward. For 11 Days, the former Tonight Show host spent much of his stay in an Oxygen Tank to recover and did so with tremendous success. So much so that shortly after his release, he was headed back to the garage, driving himself, to get back to work.

They don't make 'em like the used to, cars or comedians. Even at 72, Jay Leno proves he is just built different.
