KIELY RODNI Video Footage from Alder Hill Fire Cam shows what may be Kiely's car going into the water at exactly 12:33am. This is in correlation to the last cell phone ping, also at 12:33am.

I noticed something about this footage that has me questioning something else though. Not HER vehicle, the OTHER vehicles. Just what are they doing during that 15-20 minute time frame immediately before and after Kiely's car "allegedly" went off into Prosser Reservoir???
