RECIPES:
Jam:
1 cup of black raspberries (or frozen black raspberry juice)
1 cup of sugar
1 cup of water
1 Tbsp (or 1 individual packet) gelatin
Clotted Cream:
Heavy whipping cream (abt 1-2 cups)
Butter (half-1 stick)
Vanilla extract (abt 1 tsp-1Tbsp, eyeball it)

2 cups all-purpose flour
2 1/2 tsp Baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 cup shortening
3/4 cup milk
1 Tbsp soft butter
