How to Install A New Outlet or Light

Need to add in your own outlet or light? I'm adding 3 outlets and one junction box, or as the pros say, a j-box for my exit sign. I show 2 views, the first is as I am tying into the existing circuit, and the second is as I'm daisy chaining one of the new outlets.
