Home Builders in Canada are in SERIOUS Trouble. House Price Index Falls

The Canada New House Price Index fell by 0.2% which is the biggest drop since 2018. Home builders and construction companies are coming under pressure as inflation eats away at their margins and demand have vanished. The housing market is very weak nationally. As the economy goes into a recession this will only get worse.
