The Australian Queensland University of Technology (QUT) has come up with a beyond ridiculous proposal to end plastic waste, put dna in it to find out who made the plastic and get international law to punish them. The answer is the Environmental Educator education and agenda which would have ended disposable everything and used hemp for durables.
