Getting your 15 minutes a day is honestly pretty easy, especially if it's something you can be excited about.
Why it's important: Taking 15 minutes for yourself each day sets the tone for how you feel, and how others feel your energy. Ever start off on the wrong side of the bed? Nothing goes right! When you take a few extra minutes to do something that feels good, it sets your tone, your vibration, and your mindset and usually continues on that path throughout the day,
Why 15 minutes: Because it's easier to do than 30 minutes, but it builds more momentum than 10 minutes. But it's okay to start off small, 5-10 minute practices each day.
Examples: Long shower. Journal. Meditation. Listening to AM affirmations. Working out. you get the idea. How do you want to start your day?
