Rachel discusses a few things in her book but some of my key takeaways were these:
Excuses: I'm not good enough to succeed.
"The problem isn't you aren't accomplished; the problem is you don't give yourself any credit for the things you have done.... That come from someone else's opinion."
"You have to decide right now that you're going to take hold of your life, and you're going to let all that other crap fall away because it doesn't matter."

Behavior: Stop asking Permission
"You're allowed to want to be your best self, to pursue your dream even if they don't understand it... Be the kind of woman who never asks permission to be herself."

Skill: Planning
"Who you are is defined by the next decision you make, not the last one. So, get planning, make your roadmap, and take the next step."
