Years ago I began my business and coaching career as a personal trainer. While I was doing great at delivering my clients with results, I was struggling to make any money. I was naturally a very sensitive and emotional person. After facing burnout and struggling with money for a period of time, I decided to change my approach. I realized that money isn't a bad thing and my empathetic frame was holding me back in several ways.

I decided the best thing to do was to grow beyond my empathetic frame and learn what my fears were rooted in. I learned I had many false beliefs about money and success. By learning to look beyond my limiting empathetic and environmental beliefs I was able to change my relationship with money.
