Pumpkin pie recipe
2 pie pumpkins
Lightly oil both pumpkins
Roast at 400 degree f for 40 minutes
Pie crust
2 cups of flour
1 tblspoon granulated sugar

1 teaspoon of fine sea salt
1 cup of cold butter cut into half inch cubes
Slowly drizzle in ice water
20 minutes to overnight in refrigerator
15 oz of roasted pumpkin purée
1.25 cup of sweeten condensed milk
2 whole eggs
1 egg yolk
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon of ground ginger
1.5 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
.25 teaspoon of ground cloves or nutmeg
9 inch pie dish
