XINCHEN Automated Control Stainless-Steel Synthesis Reactor Explosion-proof

XINCHEN laboratory scale automated PLC control stainless-steel reactor system is for precisely control raw material feeding volume.

The raw material tank feeding is automated control by Siemens PLC, the system control is by weight measurement .It is composed of Swiss Mettler 30KG electronic platform scale, 5L SUS316L tank and explosion-proof peristaltic pump.

In the operation panel, there are automatic control of A/B raw material tank feeding, temperature control equipment and agitator operation touch value, online detection of tower top temperature and kettle pressure.

About this automated stainless-steel reactor , there are 9 Openings on the kettle lid such as stirrer with magnetic fluid drive sealing device; evaporation and reflux port; solid material feeding port with sight glass and so on.

The evaporation reflux port (with sight mirror) is connected with 0.5 square meter condenser (with insulation sleeve, with temperature transmitter on top to display gas phase temperature online), 1 square meter condenser and DN15 stainless steel pipe (with sight mirror) to 5L water distributor.

Also there is customized electrical lifting function based on explision-proof requirement.Lifting stroke 320mm.
