4 warehouse operators at Keppel Distripark fined nearly S$2.8m for price-fixing

Four logistics companies have been fined nearly S$2.8 million in total for fixing prices of their warehousing services at PSA Keppel Distripark. The Competition and Consumer Commission of Singapore said that while businesses can determine their pricing strategies in response to changing market conditions, they can do this independently, but not with their competitors.
