Nearly 5,000 BTO flats launched for sale，good news

Nearly 5,000 public housing flats are up for grabs in the latest HDB Build-to-Order launch. Two projects at Bukit Merah are under the prime location housing model. Analysts expect higher demand there and also at sites in Ang Mo Kio and Tampines, which could be oversubscribed by up to 12 times.
