January 2022 Las Vegas Food Highlights

Just some food highlights from my recent trip to Las Vegas in January 2022.

Restaurants shown:
The Black Sheep is by chef/owner Jamie Tran, who was the 2017 Eater Las Vegas Chef of the Year and recent Top Chef contestant. This restaurant won the 2017 Eater Las Vegas Restaurant of the Year and is popular amongst locals. It serves elevated casual modern Vietnamese dishes. Highly recommend the duck confit! Come early for the salmon skin tacos as they run out early.

Best Friend at Park MGM by Roy Choi of the LA Kogi Taco Trucks. We tried a lot of the dishes that were featured on Netflix's "Chef Show". Uni Dynamite Rice was very good. Too bad we were too full from a lunch buffet to order more food!
