Mangrove Snapper with Mango Salsa Fish Recipe - How To Catch Clean Cook

RECIPE

🥭Mango Salsa🥭
2 - 3 Ripe Mangoes, diced
1 Medium Red Bell Pepper, chopped
1/3 Cup Red Onion, chopped
1/4 Cup Packed Cilantro, chopped
1-2 Jalapeño Peppers, seeded and minced
1 Juicy Lime
Pinch of Salt, to taste

Prep:
In a mixing bowl, combine mangoes, bell pepper, red onion, cilantro and jalapeño. Drizzle with lime juice and season with salt to taste. Mix well and let sit!

🐠FISH🐠
Snapper fillets or fish of your choice
Cajun Seasoning
Flour
Egg
Panko Bread Crumbs
Olive oil or oil of choice for pan

Prep:
1. Heavily season fish fillets with Cajun seasoning.
2. Create three bowls. Add enough flour to the first bowl to coat fillets. In a second bowl, beat eggs. In the third bowl, add Panko bread crumbs.
3. Toss fillets in flour, egg then Panko (in that order)!

Cook:
Heat about 1/8 inch of oil in a pan over medium high heat. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes per side until the fish is flakey and have browned nicely.

Serve fish on colorful plate with a heaping spoonful of mango salsa!
