Roblox Security questions are a joke!

Just a rant video at how stupid that you have to find what dice equals 14 not 1 not 2 times but 14 then it asked me to do it 20 times and it said error at the end. I then tried the voice option and at the end it said I used the voice option too many times.

Why Roblox would I need to even answer a security question to send the customer service a question concerning an account?
