God's perfect will is not that we merely HAVE the Spirit, but that we are FULL of the Spirit. However we must position ourselves spiritually to receive the outpouring of the Spirit through prayer praise worship and thanksgiving – which takes a purposeful investment of time. It won't happen without our cooperation or against our will. We are filled over time as we speak over time . .
