Fall Flavored Sweet Potato Casserole

I am getting my baking done. How about you? Here is a yummy sweet potato casserole I created a few years back. Making these videos is making me write down the recipes. I am on the ball! I increased the size of this one today, so bear with me as I get it figured out. My recipe has more of a fall flavor with some added spices. I hope you like it! Y'all go make you some!

DiDi's Fall Flavored Sweet Potato Casserole
2 (40 oz) can Yams in syrup, drained
1 ½ stick butter, melted
½ cup evaporated milk
2 eggs
½ - ¾ cup brown sugar, to taste
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp cloves
1/8 tsp ginger
1 tsp Vanilla
4 – 5 cups Miniature marshmallows, divided
In a mixing bowl, mash yams well. Add remaining ingredients except 1-2 cups marshmallows for topping. Spread in a greased 13 x 9 baking dish. Can be frozen until needed. Thaw well and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Top with marshmallows and bake until browned on top 5 - 8 minutes. Let cool about 10 minutes before serving.

Alternate Pecan Topping
¼ cup butter, melted
1 cup brown sugar
2 TBSPs flour
1 cup chopped pecans
Mix together butter, brown sugar, flour and nuts & sprinkle over top of casserole before baking.
