Ari Ramos Director of healthy lifestyle and fitness (DHLF).
Ari Ramos is an ambassador for healthy lifestyles. She has a master’s degree in public health and believes that obesity can be conquered if we educate children and their parents on changing their habits to build a healthy new generation.
Ari loves to inspire our children. She RAN across our nation from the Atlantic Ocean to the Pacific Ocean -over 3000 miles. On the way she stopped at schools across our nation to make her presentation.
Ari is in the process of preparing for a bicycle ride from California to Florida with Children Obesity Foundation to promote a healthy lifestyle.
