Sky's Helen-Ann Smith reports from the perimeter of China's Guangzhou city as residents are put under lockdown to stem another COVID outbreak.
China is pursuing a controversial "zero COVID" policy but even so the country saw more than 27,000 new confirmed cases of the disease on Sunday.
