A Showcase of Traditional Japanese Cuisine and Sake

On the 22nd of October 2015, H.E. Kenjiro Monji, Ambassador of Japan to Canada, and Mrs. Monji hosted a dinner at their residence in Ottawa showcasing traditional Japanese cuisine, created by Mr. Naoyuki Yanagihara, Japan Cultural Envoy, collaborating with Mr. Ichiro Fujii, the Ambassador's chef.
