The Facts Inside Our Reporter’s Notebook President Joe Biden on Tuesday received his fifth dose of the COVID-19 vaccine, using the event to urge Americans to get updated booster shots ahead of the holiday season. 
The president received the booster while at a press conference with representatives of Walgreens and CVS, as well as Health and Human Services Secretary Xavier Becerra. He had previously received two shots of the Pfizer vaccine followed by two more boosters.
