Ramen Broth: Bring all the broth ingredients including Royco Chicken Stock to a boil. Lower the heat, remove the dirty foam that floats on the surface. Cook over low heat for 1.5 hours. Remove and filter. set aside.

Chicken topping: Marinate chicken with mirin, Bango Kecap Manis Light, and ramen stock. Leave it for 1 hour.

Heat the oil on a non-stick pan, cook the chicken on both sides until cooked. Lift. Slice 1 cm thick. set aside.

Prepare a bowl of ramen with noodles, broth, chicken, green onions, eggs, carrots, nori and a sprinkling of sesame seeds on top of the chicken.
