A hospital or doctor’s office can be a scary place for a child. Cold floors, the sound of sirens in the air, and even strangers can make it a bit frightening. At Mary Bridge Children’s Hospital in Tacoma, there is a group of employees who make it feel warm and fuzzy inside: Child Life Specialists.
