Yoga elevated to new heights - The Japan News
1 year ago
About 40 people who applied online enjoyed a yoga lesson in the dimly lit observatory of the Tembo Galleria at Tokyo Skytree in Sumida Ward, Tokyo, outside the tower’s regular hours of operation on Sept. 21. With no tourists in sight, it made for an extraordinary space for yoga. Countless lights twinkled below from the glass-walled corridor, and the light of the full moon, called the Mid-Autumn Moon, sometimes shone through the clouds. The participants enjoyed yoga for about an hour, beginning at 9:30 p.m., under the guidance of instructors.
