Poland 'set to trigger NATO Article 4' after missile believed to be Russian hit its territory

An emergency meeting has been called by leaders after fears a Russian missile struck NATO member Poland, amid a "massive" barrage of airstrikes across Ukraine.

Sources suggest the country is set to trigger the alliance's Article 4 with Warsaw "raising readiness of military units".
