Breakfast Sausage Seasoning:
4 tablespoon sage
4 teaspoons thyme
4 teaspoon fennel seeds
1.5 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons ground black pepper
I use 2 Tablespoons per pound of meat, This recipe can be doubled or tripled as needed.
