After you clear out the 2 enemies in the red room at the beginning of the mission. Your squad forms up and begins to go up the stairs. Near the top, you will see 2 porta potties on your right. Unload into the one on the LEFT. Approach & the enemy will fall out. Trophy & Achievement unlocked!
