Ghost In Training - Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II - Trophy / Achievement Guide

After Alejandro gives you the mask and knife after the interrogation, proceed around the building. Pass through the gate and jump up the balcony. Walk up the steps grab the bottle and slowly move through the second doorway on the left then through the brown door to the right. Pick up a second bottle from the ledge & head out the open door to the balcony. Climb over the ledge and go up the ladder to the right. Crouch and proceed forward and wait for guard 1 to pass. Sneak behind the grill & if guard 2 approaches toss your first bottle. Whiles he is distracted continues to the next ladder. If guard 3 starts walking toward you from the 1st bottle throw, toss the second bottle to distract him. Climb the ladder & drop down on the elevator. Push the button to lower it & the brake to stop. Pull the emergency lever and hop down into the hallway. Trophy & Achievement Unlocked!
