How to make your own fermented hot sauce
in the video i said 5g of salt i actually meant 50g. please bear that in mind when making this recipe.
This recipe is super simple to make and really cheap especially if you get yours reduced as well.
Fermenting your hot sauce really changes the flavour of the chillies and takes the taste to another level.
I used -
750g red chillies
1Ltr filtered water
50g salt ( not table salt ) kosha salt works best
4 cloves of garlic
5 tbls of your brine
3-4 tbls of white distilled vinegar.
and about 7 days to ferment
