Why was Jesus's ministry not supported by his family?
Jesus' mother and brothers were the closest people to Christ while he was on Earth. They watched him grow and mature, and physically speaking, they knew him better than his disciples did.
However, when Jesus started to preach the gospel, everything changed. They distanced themselves from them. Only one of them became his disciple. They never stood by him when he was facing persecution.
Why did this happen? Why did Jesus' family not support their divine relative? Let's learn the reasons for their lack of support.
