Had the blessing of being able to bring our Cane Corsos into TJ MAXX as we had some Christmas shopping to do and got to socialize them. Not only did it bring tons of smiles to shoppers faces who got to meat Bruce Wayne and Joey Justice but also brought huge smile to both BW and JJ. Socialization is key to creating the perfect canine companion. It brings joy to a lot of dogs and it teaches them restraint in sometimes busy frantic situations with tons of distractions. Socialization never ends. Yes socialization is key in the first 12 weeks to your Cane Corso's life but it should never end. As they age their temperaments change which continuing to socialize helps remind them that people are friendly and not a threat keeping them friendly with strangers.
