Maintaining health, balance and motivational, when you don't think you can go anymore is a concept that is important in life. Never stop getting exercise, never stop pushing yourself, FOCUS, & remember to rest well!

This month we worked on style, power & building our foundation for inner strength. We are building more than just dance. Fitness, character building, social educate, forgiveness, friendships & focus are among the skills learned here. I hope you enjoy the video.
