Unemployment rate expected to 'tick up very slightly' to 3.6 per cent

Sky News Business Reporter Edward Boyd says the unemployment rate is expected to tick up very slightly.

The October job numbers are set to be released on Thursday, and economists are predicting Australia’s unemployment rate to increase to 3.6 per cent.

“They are expecting about 15,000 jobs to be created, but it really just shows how tight the job market is in Australia,” Mr Boyd said.
