Growing Your Own Romaine Lettuce From Store-Bought Lettuce

It's been about a week and my lettuce is still going strong! There are MANY foods you can grow that you buy from the grocery store. Potatoes, lettuce, onions, ginger, garlic, turmeric, etc. etc. etc.
Basically, if it starts to sprout, you can out it in dirt and grow more of it. Also, check out the garden center at Walmart. You can find many plants there (like strawberry plants) and seeds for various foods.
It's more important than ever we learn how to grow our own food. It can be done, even in a small space. You can save a lot of money of you can grow 2-3 things that you eat on a regular basis...
