Meditations Developing Your Weekly Meditation Plan
Every day, start your day with a heartfelt meditation. This simple act of self-care can help you connect with your emotions and find peace in the moment.
In the morning, spend time in your living room or bedroom sampler. Draw inspiration from different things around you and imagine yourself sitting in silence for a few minutes each day.
