For this seed, Samus in her swimsuit steps in for a mixed bag of objectives on Planet Zebes. For this one, you have to destroy the Shaktool (the digging machine right before the Spring Ball location in Maridia), destroy any one of the Golden 4 bosses, destroy the orange Geemer in Crateria right outside the door to the Bowling Alley in the Wrecked Ship where the Gravity Suit is, and destroy Botwoon, the dragon miniboss in Maridia. Tourian is also disabled in this seed, so once all this is done, the escape timer begins immediately and you have to get to your ship from the location where you completed the last objective.
