Red Wave or Red Iceberg?
The November 8th Elections are over. However, did the Republican Party deliver on its campaign promise of a "Red Tsunami"? Or did they underperform to the disappointment of many? Why did the "Red Tsunami" fail in terms of only taking the House but not the Senate? It was a far cry from a sweep. I provide my particular rant on the disappointment this election was. I expected all Republicans to over-perform and deal a devastating blow to the Biden Administration, but we still had people who voted for the same party who delivered inflation, high gas prices, a border invasion, and an economy that has wrecked many families. Are we on the precipice of a financial collapse? While these are intriguing questions - I focus on what happened on November 8th, on why "Retaking America" was a failure.
