Godmodeous has been instructed to terrorize the good people of Lost Heaven, who are not so good after all, for this is a form of helz, where the lost souls are doomed to be shot, blown up, run down, etc, over and over and over again, with artistic flair when everything comes together.
In this second episode, Godmodeous stalks random kills and tests the bounds of what he can get away with in civil company. It culminates in a shoot-out with the police that might not go as planned for Godmodeous.
