The Cebu Transcentral Highway (of Death). Cebu, Philippines

Here's some footage of the incredible Cebu Transcentral Highway, which takes you from Cebu City to some of the island's highest mountains. The road is like the Road on Hana on steroids. Despite heavy rain and mudslides, there are thousands (both rich and poor) that have built their homes and businesses on this road and in the valleys. The craziest thing I saw are parents on motorcycles driving down the road with newborns in hand. The road takes you past numerous tourists sites such as the Temple of Leah and Little Kyoto.
