Homemade Wine Tasting

The wine is ready, now we taste it. I have never found a wine that I liked. They are not sweet enough and to acholic for my taste buds and my system to handle. I was pleasantly surprised that these turned out much different and so much better. If you would like to learn how to make your own do what I did and learn from Rain Country -- here is her link -- Now I do not have a lot of fresh fruit for wine making so I opted to purchase juice from the store that had no added sugar in it. I am made Apple and Grape.
