Great flavor and texture. It just needed cilantro and lime to put it over the top. I could use my PH meter to test the meat, but the smell test hasn’t let me down yet. I used hot chocolate scorpion hot sauce on top. It wasn’t very spicy before that. It was around $8 dollars to make this whole tray. That’s about $1 a meal. Of course you could add rice and or retried beans as a side with a salad to get even more bang for your buck. I love black olives and the juice. Next time you do taco meat and the seasoning pack says use water, try olive juice instead, and add it to your sauce.
