Bayou City Flyers RC - Part 1 Busy Day On The Flight Line

Sunday afternoons are the busy day for the Bayou City Flyers RC Club in Houston Texas. This club is chartered by the Academy of Model Aeronautics (AMA Club #901). Flying is restricted to members of the club, visiting AMA members, or guests of club members. For safety reasons, members of the general public are generally discouraged from being on the field unless escorted by a club member.

We were invited to spend a couple of hours there by Darrell Kirk, a member of the club, after he found out we were in Houston on our way back from Galveston Island. We put a fresh battery in our GoPro camera and let Darrell give us the guided tour.
