How I load a heavy kayak (shearwater 125) or paddle board on a roof rack by myself

In this video I walk you through the best way I have found to load a kayak on a root rack solo.
You'll need the following:
1. Tie Down Strap (You should already have one of these they are used to secure the kayak to the truck when transporting)
2. Elbow Grease
This Strategy works for loading anything long and awkward.
Remember this next time you're loading lumber at the Home
Improvement store.
This will work on any roof rack where the crossbars either stick out a little bit or can be adjusted to stick out past the side of the vehicle.
