The newly elected president of Brazil, Lula da Silva, met this Friday with the President of the Portuguese Republic, Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa.

In front of the Belém Palace, in Lisbon, two demonstrations were taking place: one in support of Lula da Silva and another by supporters of Jair Bolsonaro. There was a strong police force in place.
