385x2 Squats

Worked up to 385 x2 on Safety Bar Squats.

I don’t even care about the squats here - I just noticed my legs! I’ve added at least 5-10% more size on them since I earned my pro card last year!

Happy to see this! 🤗

Today is an off day (been at is 7 days in a row) and I’m getting my cardio in now before Preston’s two soccer tournament soccer games and tomorrow I have dynamic effort deadlift, back and hamstrings!
