Explosion rocks apartment building in Russia’s Far East

A powerful explosion occurred in a five-story residential building in the settlement of Tymovskoye on Russia’s Far Eastern Sakhalin Island. A gas cylinder is said to have exploded in one of the apartments, causing the floors of the building to collapse. Rescue teams are working at the scene, while at least seven people have been reported dead.
