Timaru man's tiny home build for I Am Hope charity sells for $210,000

Karen and David Ellis, of Timaru, paid $210,000 for the two-bedroom, 63m² home set down to be constructed over 60 hours at the weekend, which was auctioned on live television on Monday morning, with all money raised going to I Am Hope.
