Massive lake effect snowstorm barrels over Buffalo

Buffalo, New York is no stranger to the big snow. Lake effect snowstorms are common in the Great Lakes area of the country. Residents are resigned to it, but authorities are warning people to stay mindful of the storm's hazards and not let themselves get complacent.
