The Fed began to reduce the size of its balance sheet by temporarily purchasing Treasury securities. The Feds are cutting about 90-95 Billion a month off of the Balance sheets and the equity market is still trading at a higher price-earnings ratio, a higher price-sales ratio, and a higher total market cap GDP ratio than at any time prior to 2020.
